I was once a milk tea junkie who could not do without at least three cups of masala or ginger tea. But an ailment two years ago forced me to give up this passion completely and pick up the healthier green tea. My all time favourite in green teas is Lipton lemon green tea.

    Thank you for the informative post Tessy. Tooth decay resistance was definitely an eye opener. I hope I will take 25 small steps to reach a more greener tea drinking habit from the Masala version.

    Maybe I can start with just replacing one of the endless cups I have daily.
