Let’s Organic Cafe Opens

Think crunchy wood-fired pizzas, wholesome fresh salads and thick fruit smoothies made from finest ingredients all sourced organically. At the newly opened Let’s Organic Café and Restaurant in Al Ferdous Complex, Al Safa 1, you can enjoy a menu full of delectable Mediterranean recipes with the added knowledge of them being pesticide and preservative free.

The restaurant is an extension of Let’s Organic Department Store launched in December 2019, and is located in the same complex. Founded by Emirati  Ahmed Mohammad Abdulla Alqaz Alfalasi, Let’s Organic, works closely with the UAE government and embraces ethical and sustainable practices while supporting local farmers and producers.

Determined to offer customers a wide variety of organic products from farm to home, Alfalasi hopes to create a thriving organic community in the UAE. “I feel what makes us unique in our approach is our attention to details, we take pride in being 100 per cent organic. Our dedicated staff pays close attention to every ingredient used in our café. We are working with the most experienced food experts to make Let’s Organic not just healthy but also delicious, and to ensure that there is no compromise in taste,” says Alfalasi, Chairman, Organic Farms & Let’s Organic.

Headed by Chef Marco Pirola, the spacious café, sports a minimalistic décor with ample natural light streaming in. We enjoyed a platter of salads, cheese and pizza bites with fresh raspberry and mango smoothie. There is also a special kids menu to introduce organic foods to little palates at an early age.
